My Mission
I view therapy as a collaborative journey - one that not only fosters growth for my clients but deepens my own learning as a practitioner. Every interaction is an opportunity to reflect, evolve, and enhance the support I offer. Through ongoing personal development, professional training, and the invaluable insights I gain from those I work with, I strive to remain fully present, curious, and committed to providing meaningful, responsive, and ethical care.
My Role
I am an integrative counsellor, working predominantly within a person-centred approach. I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a confidential, empathetic, and respectful space where you can explore difficult thoughts, feelings, or experiences at your own pace.
I adapt our sessions to suit your unique needs. I may also draw on techniques and strategies using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to enhance our work together. CBT can offer practical strategies to help manage challenging situations and unhelpful thinking patterns.
